{"id":181974,"date":"2016-01-26T22:04:00","date_gmt":"2016-01-27T03:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.panix.com\/~msaroff\/40years\/2016\/01\/26\/about-fing-time-36\/"},"modified":"2016-01-26T22:04:00","modified_gmt":"2016-01-27T03:04:00","slug":"about-fing-time-36","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.panix.com\/~msaroff\/40years\/2016\/01\/26\/about-fing-time-36\/","title":{"rendered":"About F%$#ing Time"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>They finally <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2016\/01\/27\/us\/oregon-armed-group-arrest-bundy.html\">arrested 6 Y&#8217;all Qaeda members, including the two of the Bundy brothers<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: blue;\">Ammon Bundy, the leader of an armed seizure of a federal wildlife refuge in Oregon, was arrested and one was person was killed Tuesday night during a traffic stop in rural Oregon, the F.B.I. and the Oregon State Police said.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: blue;\">Five other people, including Mr. Bundy\u2019s brother Ryan Bundy, were arrested, the authorities said.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: blue;\">The Bundy brothers and four supporters were arrested during a traffic stop along Highway 235 around 4:25 p.m., officials said in a news release. Shots were fired during the arrests, and two people who were with the Bundys were struck. One of them died, and the other was arrested and taken to a hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: blue;\">\u2026\u2026\u2026<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: blue;\">Each of the defendants faces a felony charge of conspiracy to impede federal officers from discharging their official duties through the use of force, intimidation or threats. They remained in custody late Tuesday.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: blue;\">Arrested on Tuesday were Brian Cavalier, 44, of Bunkerville, Nev.; Shawna Cox, 59, of Kanab, Utah; and Ryan Waylen Payne, 32, of Anaconda, Mont. Joseph Donald O\u2019Shaughnessy, 45, of Cottonwood, Ariz. was arrested in a separate incident, the authorities said.
