Koch<\/a> professor of political economy at Utah State University. He&#8217;s also a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.perc.org\/staff\/randy-simmons\">senior fellow<\/a> at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/usa\/en\/campaigns\/global-warming-and-energy\/polluterwatch\/koch-industries\/property-and-environment-resea\/\">Koch<\/a>&#8211; and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.exxonsecrets.org\/html\/orgfactsheet.php?id=62\">ExxonMobil<\/a>-funded <a href=\"http:\/\/www.perc.org\/staff\/randy-simmons\">Property and Environment Research Center<\/a>.
