Then the audio indicated that one of the pilots left the cockpit and could not re-enter.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: blue;\">\u201cThe guy outside is knocking lightly on the door, and there is no answer,\u201d the investigator said. \u201cAnd then he hits the door stronger, and no answer.
