Banks would also be forced to disclose their top 20-30 earners.<\/p>\n<p>The French commissioner outlined his plans in an interview with the Financial Times in which he laid out his response to pay rebellions that have rattled executives at Barclays , Citigroup and AstraZeneca .<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI like that expression \u2013 the shareholder spring \u2013 or even a regulation spring, a rule-making spring,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m very attentive to this movement which I see as very positive. It corresponds with what I\u2019ve been doing for the last two years.
