Chris Christie says that American are turning into couch potatoes,<span style=\"color: black;\">(first WTF)<\/span> just sitting around waiting on their next check from the government.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to the Bush Institute Conference on Taxes and Economic Growth <span style=\"color: black;\">(WTF?
