The Interpreter translates media from the Russian press and blogosphere into English for use by analysts and policymakers.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: blue;\">The Russians reportedly have moved military vehicles with \u201cpeacekeeping\u201d insignia to the border\u2014a first since the crisis in the Ukraine began.
