Now that that\u2019s out of the way, let\u2019s get down to the lowly business of the day. Joe Scarborough, co-host of MSNBC\u2019s wake-up chat show \u201cMorning Joe,\u201d is \u201cmulling a presidential bid,\u201d according to a couple of anonymous people and Mark McKinnon, who spoke to Tucker Carlson\u2019s Daily Caller website.
