Note that this is still expansion, but it is a slower rate of growth.<\/p>\n<p>Seeing as how the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> derivative is a pretty twitchy number anyway, I&#8217;d wait for the June numbers, and perhaps July, to see if there is a trend.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/\/id\/37446702\">construction rose by 2.7% from March to April<\/a>, the largest one month jump in almost 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonindependent.com\/84448\/serious-mortgage-delinquencies-decline-slightly\">serious mortgage delinquencies fell marginally<\/a>, but since this is the first time that they have fallen since the real estate bubble started to pop in 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, in the department of, &#8220;If you listen to the Germans when you set up a currency, you will get screwed,&#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/epp.eurostat.ec.europa.eu\/cache\/ITY_PUBLIC\/3-01062010-AP\/EN\/3-01062010-AP-EN.PDF\">unemployment in the Euro zone rose to 10.1% in April<\/a>.
