If the bill had been delayed any further, it would have gotten tougher.<\/p>\n<p>It was a Pizarro world bill in a good way.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, I don&#8217;t see it getting any tougher in conference.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Senate passes the Financial Reform Bill.
