If it preempts stricter state regulation, it&#8217;s bad.<\/p>\n<p>Because going to a single preemptive regulator is an invitation to regulatory capture that will make AIG look like a lemonade stand.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There is a lot of centralization of regulations at the federal level here.
