Temple Sloan and chairman of the governance committee Tom Ryan.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>She is not calling for his removal, but rather separation of the rolls of chief executive and chairman of the board of directors, and other significant shareholders are in agreement.<\/p>\n<p>There is a shareholder meeting in 8 days, so this should get interesting.<\/p>\n<p>Pass the popcorn.<\/p>\n<p>BTW, doesn&#8217;t Mr. Lewis take an <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">awful<\/span> picture?
