That\u2019s the role of Congress, that\u2019s something we\u2019re going to work on together. So if any of you felt that I didn\u2019t believe that we needed oversight: I believe we need oversight. We need oversight. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>What the proposal actually did, of course, was explicitly rule out any oversight, plus grant immunity from future review:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Sec. 8. Review.<\/p>\n<p>Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He&#8217;s right too.
