While some of the technologies are intriguing, the program as a whole is bloated, over ambitious, over budget, and over schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Full disclosure, I worked on FCS from 2003-2006.<sup>*<\/sup><\/p>\n<p><sup>*<\/sup><span style=\"font-size:78%;\">Yes, I have worked everywhere.
