They aren&#8217;t serious candidates, and they aren&#8217;t serious <a href=\"http:\/\/opinionator.blogs.nytimes.com\/2007\/12\/12\/fit-to-debate\/?ref=opinion\">by the definition of Iowa PBS<\/a> either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an F.E.C. statement of candidacy;<\/li>\n<li>having an Iowa campaign staffer and Iowa campaign office as of October 1;<\/li>\n<li>registering at least at 1 percent in the October Des Moines Register poll.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Not quote sure how Keys got into the Republithug debate today.   My only explanation is that it was affirmative action.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I think that this is a good thing.
