What is a surprise, at least to me, is that the Duma voted <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">418 to 0<\/span> to do so.<\/p>\n<p>While the Duma is weak, and largely populated by Putin lapdogs, the unanimity shows something: That the Russians believe, accurately in my opinion, that the missile defense installations are directed at them.<\/p>\n<p>I agree.
