They have to know that it damages the US&#8217;s reputation and ability to gather competent intelligence.  <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\"><span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">They don&#8217;t care.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ordering torture makes them feel like real men.
