They seem to think that it&#8217;s all the &#8220;subprime meltdown&#8221;, when it&#8217;s a more systemic problem.<\/p>\n<p>I would generalize further regarding the press.<\/p>\n<p>At this point in time, almost <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\"><span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">all<\/span><\/span> of the Financial reporters are <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">well<\/span> behind the curve.  We don&#8217;t have a problem with a small segment of the home mortgage market.
