Immigrants have to pass a test to vote; why not all citizens?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Well, given that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taylormarsh.com\/archives_view.php?id=91\">Fox News watchers are the least informed news consumers out there<\/a>, this could benefit Democrats.<\/p>\n<p>So let&#8217;s ask some basic questions of citizens:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Which Branch of government has the exclusive right to delcare war?<\/li>\n<li>Give conditions in which executive privilege do not apply.<\/li>\n<li>How does the 13th amendment effect the powers of the states?<\/li>\n<li>Who appoints federal judges?<\/li>\n<li>Who appoints Ambassadors?<\/li>\n<li>Who appoints Cabinet Members?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here re the answers: Senate, almost all of them (at least from the rulings from the Clinton days), that all rights in the constitution apply to the states too, Senate, Senate, Senate<\/p>\n<p>The president does not appoint these folks, he <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">nominates<\/span> them, the senate appoints them.<\/p>\n<p>Seriously the only person stupider than Goldberg is the idiot who suggest that he write OP\/Eds for the LA Times.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jonah Goldberg, the second most egregious example of hepotism taken to extremeshas an editorial in the Los Angeles Times in which he calls for a return to Jim Crow era voter qualification tests.
