{"id":199627,"date":"2007-07-10T11:11:00","date_gmt":"2007-07-10T16:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.panix.com\/~msaroff\/40years\/2007\/07\/10\/now-they-want-my-poop\/"},"modified":"2007-07-10T11:11:00","modified_gmt":"2007-07-10T16:11:00","slug":"now-they-want-my-poop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.panix.com\/~msaroff\/40years\/2007\/07\/10\/now-they-want-my-poop\/","title":{"rendered":"Now They Want My Poop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Every workplace has it own quirks, where I am now, this is a fairly high volume of company spam email.<\/p>\n<p>While one expects things like the occasional notice of a blood drive or a United Way Campaign, one gets 2-10 emails here a day that are sent to the whole place.<\/p>\n<p>These are things like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Equipment that they want to give away for someone to take home.<\/li>\n<li>Equipment that they want to give to another lab.<\/li>\n<li>Petty cash status<\/li>\n<li>Sales pitches for the health club they have in the basement.<\/li>\n<li>Sales pitches for <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">massages<\/span> available through said health club.<\/li>\n<li>Requesting volunteers to provide samples for testing to validate processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This time, it&#8217;s gone a bit odd.  They are offering $20.00 for <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">a stool sample<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s just a very odd thing to see first thing Monday Morning.<\/p>\n<p>In any case, they get nothing from me.
