Oregon State Represenstative Mike Nearman was indicted a month ago for allowing right wing terrorists entry into the state house.<\/p>\n

Well, now we have video evidence that he he was coaching his constituents on the invasion of the Oregon Capitol<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While correlation is not causation, I wonder if perhaps there were  US<\/i> representatives at the US<\/i> Capitol who were similarly involved in the January 6 insurrection:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Just days before Rep. Mike Nearman helped armed protesters enter the closed Oregon Capitol building in December, endangering fellow lawmakers and Capitol employees, he coached constituents on the exact steps to get his help breaking in.<\/p>\n

A video shows Nearman, a Republican from outside Independence, walking constituents through the step by step process of where to stand, how to text him and what help he would provide that would allow them to break the rules and get into the Capitol during the Dec. 21 special legislative session.<\/span><\/p>\n

He does so with a wink and a nod, interspersing the instructions with disclaimers that he\u2019s not giving out a real cell phone number (he is and it\u2019s his number), that he knows nothing about the planned \u201cOperation Hall Pass\u201d and that nothing like that will actually happen.<\/p>\n

In fact, exactly what he described did occur, prosecutors and investigators say. Protesters gathered outside the Capitol\u2019s west entrance in obvious protest of the closure, Nearman left the House chambers where lawmakers were gathered doing state business and he walked out a Capitol entrance, leaving the open door hanging long enough for angry citizens to grab it and enter.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

He can’t be alone in this.<\/p>\n
