Exploration of available sources of financing, including triple tax exempt bonds, and securing financing commitments as required.

Preparation of budgets for pre-development, consultant, construction, and operation of new or improved facility.

Preparation of Development Plan for projects sufficient in scope and detail to obtain commitments for financing and funding, and as a guide to organizational decision making.

Owner's representation during all phases of the construction project to completion.

Marketing and supervision of leasing and renovations of excess space to other suitable nonprofit tenants.
