Preparation of Development Plan to guide decision making and $6 million renovation of 100 year old National Register headquarters building at 281 Park Avenue South. Securing $4 million of tax exempt financing and $300,000 of grants for the project. Won 1994 Lucy G. Moses Landmarks Conservancy preservation award.

Harlem Restoration Project

Preparation of Feasibility Study, Market Study and Development Plan for conversion of 133,000 square foot former bakery complex into an economic development incubator for small businesses. Also securing $5 million in capital funding for the project.

ICIS/The Door

Preparation of Development Plan, selection of Architect, negotiation for purchase, securing of financing, conversion to commercial condominium, supervision of renovation, marketing and leasing of rental units and sale of condo units for 100,000 square foot, $18 million nonprofit condominium building.

666 Broadway

Negotiation of block purchase of six condo units valued at $5.5 million for nonprofit organizations at 666 Broadway and negotiation for financing, supervision of marketing and representation of nonprofit purchasers with conversion sponsor.

Harlem Commonwealth Council

Feasibility study of converting HCC property into an industrial park for industries that use recycled materials in manufacturing and production.

Off Center Theater

Negotiation for bargain sale purchase and subsequent market disposition of 10,000 square foot theater building in Manhattan.

Community Access

Feasibility Studies of several buildings as headquarters including 72 Second Avenue, 605 East 9th Street, and 40 East 1st Street.

Community Mediation Service

Assistance with purchase negotiation, financing, selection of architect, and supervision of renovation of 22,000 square foot former bank building in Jamaica, Queens as organization's headquarters.

Brooklyn Legal Services

Assistance in negotiating long term lease for 260 Broadway including funding for renovation, and in managing the renovation process.

Court Square Project

Market Study and Feasibility Study of purchase and renovation of 130,000 square foot building in Long Island City, Queens, for use by nonprofit organizations, sponsored by Queens County Overall Economic Development Corporation.
