With my first Powerbook, the problem was a bum DVD that ate a CD and would not give it up. It took Apple a few days to fix my Powerbook and send it back. They used Airborne express, and all was ok.

My second powerbook never had a problem until it was out of warranty, and I fixed that problem myself. Meanwhile, DHL took over Airborne, and the quality and reliability of delivery in this area went to hell.

My first Macbook Pro ate a battery last night, the new one is being shipped dhl. Oh joy. If there was one thing about Apple I wish they would change, it’s the DHL shipping policy.

Update: it shipped FedEx! woohoo!
