At the end of the first day of reconstruction, I little, but noticeable gains. The headlights are in, and they might even be wired correctly (the colors are the same for the leads going to high and low, so I won’t know until I get power to them). The tail lights are in and connected. The fittings for the window washing and wiping systems are in place. The VIN plate visible from the windscreen is in place. The car has a license plate, assuming you look at it from behind.

All in all, not a bad start for 3 hours.
