1 part water
1 part tamari
1 part cider or balsamic vinegar
3 parts nutritional yeast
3 parts olive or safflower oil
garlic, optional
Mix everything in a blender. For fat-free salad dressing, substitute 2 parts fat-free mayonnaise for the 3 parts of oil. soy sauce can be substituted for tamari as well.
