3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons peanuts
1 piece ginger, grated
1 small red chiles, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon coriander, or mint
2 tablespoons water
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until thoroughly smooth.
