Bicyclists Rights in New Jersey

Chapter 4, Section 14.2 of New Jersey's Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulation (Title 39) requires cyclists to "ride as near to the right side of the roadway as practicable." But, when it comes down to it, you can ride wherever seems safest, for it gives you the right:
