Vanguard is one of the most hard-working agencies in the city. They are very friendly and courteous and will wrk hard to get you a job if you truly need one. The wages are usually between $8-$15, but they can keep you working at least three to four out of the week. They have some long term jobs and will give you help in learning or perfecting MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Data Entry, Typing, etc. I recommend anyone new to the city to start here for looking for work.
