I registered with the agency and yes, the staff is very friendly. Lisa and Michelle are attentive and considerate. But I did not find them to be effective when it came down to prospective job interviews. I spent a great deal of time during the registration interview to explain what type of work I'm looking for and why my current job does not satisfy my needs.

I was called shortly after that to interview for a position just like the one I want to leave and repeatedly asked why wouldn't I want to wait for the client to get back to them with an interview for me. IT wasn't even definite and as I had several other things planned on those days (work plus registrations for night classes) I let the matter go.

It is very annoying to have to reiterate why one does not want to work at a certain type of job anymore. And when asked to standby for notice of an interview that may or may not happen shows a real lack of thought from my point of view. Especially when child care issues loom in the background.

I rate them A+ for friendly attitude but D- for listening and reasoning skills.
