Clearly this agency is has prejudice against certain ethnic group. I
sent my resume and got a call from a woman name Taz not even her real
name just a nickname as I found out when I got to office. Anyway this
woman name taz talk to me over the phone stating she was impressed by
my resume and that she had several Admin assistant assignments
available and that I need to come in for an interview. She sounded so
enthusiastic and that got my hopes up thinking there was a sure in for
a job. When I got there I waited for 30 minute. The receptionists
request me to fill-out an online application. I waited for another 30
minute to see her. A few minutes late this other woman comes in and
talks to me about 5 minutes and tells we will call you if we have
something available. They didn't even test me on my computer skills
even though there were other candidates being tested I was well
dressed and looked very professional. The only thing I can think of is
that they don't like minorities.
