TITLE> Liz's Personal Page

Who is this Liz person anyway?

Not so long ago, I was a Medieval/Renaissance Studies major at Wellesley College, these days I work for the Federal Reserve Bank of NY. Before that,I was a programmer/sysadmin for Panix. My current life project is to appreciate my husband, whom I married on May 17 1997.

If you haven't met me, and are wondering what I look like, click here. I've got more hobbies than I have time for, and that doesn't even count hacking. Mostly they are textile related - spinning, weaving (especially with wool, so I'm a big sheep fan) , lacemaking, knitting (especially socks), needlepoint, embroidery, etc. Non textile hobbies include ice skating. I've been in the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) for 11 years, I'm known in the SCA as Ilaine de Cameron (hence the login, in case you were wondering). I also brew beer and mead, play the celtic harp, make soap - anything my SCA persona would know how to do I try to learn.
