The ride below starts/finishes from Marshall, Va. From the Capitol Beltway, go West on I-66 for 35 miles, to mile marker 29. Exit on Bus-US#17 into Marshall, then go 0.7 miles & cross East Main St, at a 7-11 store, where Bus-US#17 becomes Rectortown Rd. 0.1 mile after crossing East Main St, Left on Salem Ave, then go 0.2 miles to turn Right in Frost St. Pass tennis court/swimming parking lot, then turn left into VDOT Parking Lot.
Parking for bike rides at Marshall Community Center is no longer permitted.
This 55 mile cue sheet is from 7/95. In the rules of PPTC bike club, which are typical, this is a "B" ride with serious hills.
