I sent a HONEYMOON tape off today to the Alternative Screen series at the
American Cinematheque in Los Angeles. Thomas Ethan Harris, who is
affiliated with that series, allegedly saw HONEYMOON when I submitted it
to the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival, then recommended it to San
Sebastian festival scout Berenice Reynaud last June.
Of course, I didn't get into the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival,
so maybe the fellow's affection for the film has been overstated.
But it's worth a shot. I'm going slow and steady these days, sending
a tape out whenever I have a few spare hours.
