NYC MetroCard Bonus Calculator

With the current pay-per-ride fare structure it is easy for your MetroCard balance to get out of whack. There is a bonus of 15% when adding $7 or more.

Note that MetroCard Vending Machines (MVMs) will only allow you to add amounts that are multiples of 5 cents. Also keep in mind that you can split any amount to add over two or more refillings (as long as you add $7 or more each time).
