Kelly Services is a rather poor quality agency considering their
size. I've been with them for about 3 years, and they refuse to raise
my pay rate. Despite the fact that the in-house rep for the company I
work woth is both inept and just plain unqualified (dare I say Lazy
also).
Not only do I and other "temps" find our own
assignments at this company, the above said rep will try and get you
to take less money if you're stupid enough to let her.
Adding
to the ridiculousness is the fact that my qualifications and
references are stellar. It's not tooting my own horn, it's simply the
way other have referred to me.
This particular company is in
Purchase, NY but the actual agency that services them and hosts the
manager to the above said inept rep is in Danbury, CT.
Watch
out is all I can say.
