Newtown Square Branch
Multiuse Trail

The Newtown Square Branch is a defunct rail line in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, formerly operated by the Pennsylvania Railroad. There is an interest in making the trailbed into a multiuse trail for bicyclists, pedestrians, joggers, and skaters.

This web site is a personal project by Sean Crist. I am a private citizen interested in the history and future of the Newtown Square Branch, and this web site is my personal vision of the form which a trail could take. I am not affiliated with any government planning agency or other organization with any authority to make decisions about the construction of a multiuse trail on the old rail right-of-way.
