10 to 12 pork chops, about ½ inch thick
2 tablespoons nước mắm (fish sauce)
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 green onions, mashed
3 garlic cloves, mashed
The 5 above mentioned ingredients can be put into a blender and mixed.
Marinate the pork for one hour at room temperature.
Grill over medium heat with charcoal until golden brown.
Serve with plain rice and sliced cucumber or sweet and sour salad or Vietnamese pickles.
