Comments: I worked on and off for Norrell in Atlanta, so it was easy to transfer my paperwork when I moved to NYC. The staff at the midtown office is nice, and usually conscientious. My checks continued to have my old address printed on them, but they were alert to the problem and readdressed my checks themselves until payroll finally corrected it.

At the moment most of my assignments are coming from Norrell; I have a one day a week internship which makes it difficult to find work. Overall the counselors have been helpful. One time I got an unfavorable report from a one day job, and when I discussed the matter with the counselor who informed me of it, she was sympathetic towards me in light of my other favorable reviews.

Since some of their clients are huge firms, they have been able to give me short term or same day assignments. I call in a lot too, which is helpful. My only beef is that most of my jobs are $15/hr. Occasionally they will pay $16 if it's a same day assignment they need to fill immediately. I feel like I'm basically stuck at $15/hr.
