Kent Jones, the critic who recommended HONEYMOON to the Rotterdam and Gen
Art festivals, E-mailed me today to tell me that he'd talked my film up
to the people at the Vienna Film Festival, and that I should send them
a tape right away. What a guy. Of course, I submitted to Vienna
last year and didn't get in, and Kent's influence there is probably not
decisive. But it makes me feel good that a few people are still out
there helping where they can.
