Central European Time, which is 6 hours later than Eastern Time. When it is noon in New York, it is 6 p.m. in Bozen. There is daylight savings time here too, but I think it changes at a different weekend.

How to pronounce Bozen

Boat-sen. The z spells /ts/, like in Mozart. The Italian name for the same town is Bolzano.
