Panix Network Services offer companies of any size full-time
multi-user Internet access. With this type of connection, your entire
network is linked to the Internet over a single line. Any number of
users can connect at any time, at speeds limited only by the bandwidth
of your line.
Panix connects to the Internet through multiple OC3s, Fast Ethernets,
and T3s. We monitor our network 24 hours a day. If your connection
goes down or experiences any problems, we will notify you and begin
looking into the problem immediately. If necessary, we will contact
the telco and open a trouble ticket. Regardless, we will stay
involved until the problem is solved.
Current Panix Business Express SDSL customers who switch to a
fractional or full T1 leased line now, can do so with no penalty;
additionally, keeping the SDSL line for backup will result in
